Recruitment and Selection

DMC is equal opportunity employer whose primary objective is securing, from recurits, high standards of competence and congruence of interests and values with that of the organization. Our recruitment and selection policy rests on open competition and on competency profiling.  The exception to our equal employment opportunity policy is in cases when and where recruitment and development of women becomes necessary. In the interests of ensuring organizational stability and staff motivation, DMC gives priority to promoting internal staff whenever there is a vacant post.

Performance Management

The main purpose of our performance appraisal is assesing achievement of set goals at individual level. It also looks into sense of accountability and behavioral consistency in line with organizational values and culture. It is intended to enhance motivation, self-development and recognition and to improve individual as well as team and organizational performance.

Human Resource Planning

DMC carries out need assessment and human resource planning, which is based on the functional needs, the applicable job positions and workload. Needs assessment and planning is done from time to time in order to ensure appropriate staff utilization.

Training and Development

We believe in developing our employees beyond their present boundaries, broadening their horizon, enabling them to think the unthinkable and rise above the benchmarks they set for themselves. In order to continuously develop the technical and managerial skills of our human resource, we will provide them training and development to make our work force professionally them competent, committed, value driven and well-motivated.

DMC believes in creating and encouraging its workforce.  To ensure that the organization has the right people in place,  to handle future challenges, we will groom our work force for future leadership through continuous mentoring and coaching.
